Ugh, this didn't turn out as good as I thought. OTL KyuuKyuu-kun was surprisingly easy to color though.

In Yume Nikki you have this protagonist (Madotsuki) who can enter lucid dream state and explore a huge nightmarish world in her head. I guess the easiest to avoid theory making is to say she does so, thinking that if she confronts her fears, they will disappear. But after finishing with collecting every effect and exploring everything there is, the world is still there, which leads to her suicide.
I thought it was kind of sad that it ended this way at first. But then again, walking out the door wouldn't really change anything for her.
Oh god. This game made me tear up. I have to say that I really like the last panel, and that smile on her face just adds to the atmosphere of the picture. Well done.
This is truly amazing. You're very talented. I especially love this one because, she's smiling. About to die, and smiling. Also the fact that at the point in the picture where she jumps, all the hands are reaching for her. Like, they didn't know it would happen, and they didn't want her to go. This is lovely.
Oh, thank you! I suppose you can interprete this as you like. My own intention was for it to look like they destroyed that little hesitation she had left and gave her the final push. They are the reason she's in that position after all.
And considering no second game came out, I'm assuming so...
